NavloAI is an AI-powered chat platform that operates on a prepaid credit model. Users purchase credits and consume them by sending messages to our AI system. Credits do not expire.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. NavloAI is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Credits and Payments

• Credits are purchased in advance and deducted per message sent.
• Credits never expire and are non-transferable between accounts.
• All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds on purchased credits unless required by law.
• Bonus credits provided as part of promotions have no cash value.
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use NavloAI to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract AI model weights
• Resell or redistribute access to the service without permission
• Generate spam, phishing content, or malware
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant NavloAI a limited license to process your content to provide the service. AI-generated responses are provided for your use but NavloAI makes no claims of ownership over them.

7. Privacy

Your use of NavloAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

NavloAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI responses are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Always verify important information independently.

9. Limitation of Liability

NavloAI's liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the 30 days preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, unused credits may be forfeited. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@navlo-ai.com.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
